As of August 2012, the State requires us to keep records for 5 yrs. (3 yrs. prior to August 2012) and we have the data for creating duplicate certificates for most of our courses taught since May of 1996. If you would like to stop by our office to pickup your duplicate certificate please allow at least 5 business days for processing.
A duplicate is required when original is lost and applying at the State for a license or permit. They will not accept a photo copy.
Effective August 2012 certificates used at the state will have an expiration date of 5 years.
You may order a certificate and request it to be mailed, shipping and handling will apply. All mailed duplicate certificates will be sent with a return receipt (signature required). Please allow at least 10 business days for duplicate certificates to be mailed.
