Look At Our Behind-the-Wheel Training For Adults
This 6-Hour Pre-Licensing Class is classroom only. There will be no behind-the-wheel portion in the course.
This class is taught in one (1) day. It includes The National Safety Council, Defensive Driving Course-4, followed up by a Louisiana Specific portion. The format used in the teaching of this class is fill in the blank. Student must be able to read and write to successfully complete the course. You are invited to bring an interpretor to assist. The class is taught in English, but the National Safety Council Course and the Louisiana Specific are available in Hispanic.
Enrollment Time: Begins at 8:45 am
Start Time. Class begins at 9:00 am promptly and those coming in late will not be allowed to attend. We will give a break about every 50 to 60 minutes. You will get a 30 minute lunch break, and encourage you to bring a lunch or extra money for the local fast food restaurants within walking distance. Class ends at 3:30 pm.
$50.00 This 6-Hour classroom course meets the states minimum requirements to apply for a drivers license for those who meet the minimum age and passing grade for the class. Persons who complete the 36-Hour Driver's Education Course are exempt from completing this classroom.

Identification. We must see proper identification before issuing a certificate of completion. We need to see at least one of the following: birth certificate, social security card, any state id or passport.
Passing. All students are required to pass a 10 question multiple choice test before obtaining a certificate of completion. A grade of 80% or better is required for passing. There is no driving in this class.

Dates: Are subject to change, so please register where we can get information to you if there are problems.
Registration: All classroom registrations start at 8:45 am and the classroom.
Starts: Promply at 9:00 am. Even those pre-registered and pre-paid will be turned away if late. Please be on time.
